More than 75 percent of owners and managers of small businesses say their companies are either on target or will grow at a faster pace than projected this year, according to a national survey released Monday by Administaff, Inc.

A continuing study by Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation hopes to determine what startup decisions make a difference.
