Bosses Are People Too
Lots of entrepreneurs break out on their own because they’re tired of taking orders from someone else. Lots of people have stories about a “really, really crappy boss.”
But having been a boss for about 10 years I have to say, “We’re people too!”
And, if you grow your business and start hiring people you’ll be on the other side of the coin as well. This leads me to a funny (but not entirely untrue) post titled 10 Employee Behaviors Bosses Hate Most.
It’s well worth reading - you may need to arm yourself against some of these behaviors if you’re looking to hire people…or maybe it’ll mean a good long look in the mirror. “What do you mean I stink?”

Someone else’s powertrip can really ruin your day, wether or not he or she’s the boss.
Whoever acts like he or she’s the team instead of being “part of it” starts off the wrong foot, as far as I’m concerned.
